Captaincy application requirements:
1. Personal statement that answers the following questions:
(a) In your opinion, what is the role of a captain?
(b) Why would you be a good captain for this team?
2. One (1) letter of recommendation from a teacher or coach.
3. Job interview with coaching staff, which will be held in late March.
All materials must be submitted to Coach Blue on or before March 9th. Please email or call me with any questions.
